Individual Counseling
$130 per session
Walk and Talk Counseling

Insurance
Elizabeth is an "In Network Provider" for BlueCross/Blue Shield and Humana/Lifesynch. She would be happy to provide necessary information for "Out of Network Provider" for other insurance companies.
Please keep in mind that all insurance companies require some very personal information in order to reimburse for mental health care. This can include your diagnosis, treatment plan, or other information that varies by insurer. Elizabeth would be happy to discuss the pros and cons of using insurance to pay for therapy.
Payment
Cash, checks, credit or FSA card are accepted forms of payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Elizabeth at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance clients will need to pay a rescheduling fee for missed appointments.
